I have heard it repeatedly from trade professionals that they send their clients to where they source their materials only to find out there have not been any selections made when they go to place the order so they can start the job on time.

That's why I developed the Trade Professional White Glove Package.  This allows you to have me work directly with your client on your behalf to be sure your project runs smoothly from start to finish.  While this package is focused on kitchens and baths, it can also be used on any full room renovation or addition.
*One package per room is required.  Smaller rooms like powder rooms and laundry rooms will be negotiated on a room by room basis.  Three or more rooms can be bundled together for a custom package price.*

• Up to two meetings with you and/or your client  if needed - sometimes at your vendor locations to help with selections.
• 1-2 layouts using your measurements and you and the client's vision for the space.
• Basic lighting plan
• Elevations of approved layout
• 1-2 finish selections to include counter material, back splash material, flooring, cabinets, paint colors within your client's budget
• Proposed hardware, plumbing and lighting fixtures within your client's budget
• Full cabinetry specs and pricing
• A professional 3D rendering
• After final selections from your client you will receive final specs so that you can continue with the purchasing and procurement phase of your project from your vendors.

The main focus of this package is to make your life easier.  To have one point person for all the specs so all you have to do it sit down and place the orders.  Won't it be nice to know you have everything in one place and can walk onto the job site on day one knowing everything is selected, ordered and waiting for you?  This is a holistic approach between you, us and your client.
