This White Glove package includes three design phases:
Schematic Design Plan Phase

• A Design Package /Contract Agreement
• An in home meeting to review the space, see how you use it currently, and find out what your dream space would be, how you want to use it, and hear about your vision for the space for your family.
• Accurate measurements of the space
• You will receive 1-2 drawn design concepts with a new layout/ floor plan for the space.
• Detailed floor plan to scale (with one revision) meeting all current code requirements
• Complete lighting plan with specifications
• Detailed plan specifications including all finish, fixture and equipment specifications (including things such as; hardware, light fixtures, flooring materials, tile, counter material, sink & faucet and any other material for the space that is chosen)
• Paint Color Palette
• Up to two renderings of the space
• After the initial meeting time, a trades day will be scheduled where FD Design's skilled professional tradesmen & women will come together to see the space to formulate a plan of execution for the remodel.
• A comprehensive budget for your remodel.
• Inspiration images to use as a guide moving forward.

Design Build Phase:

• Basement Design Approval & Deposits
• Ordering and procurement of all Materials for the space
• Detailed schedules creation
• Construction and Renovation Management
• Logistics Tracking on all materials
• Procurement of all furnishings

Completion Phase:
